Life has many unexpected hardships. When hunger, homelessness or need afflicts any one of us, we are all impacted.
More than that, as Vincentians, we are called to SERVE. Our Hope on Call program is geared to not only serve the needs
of the poor, but to move others to SERVE as well.
Our Hope on Call Program provides the following services for our affiliated conferences, our community partners and
our neighbors in need:
- Information and Referral services
- Coordination of social service resources
- Professional case management
- Guidance and direction for complicated or unusual cases
- Direct aid for clients who have a recovery and or action plan
- Bilingual services
