Hotel Reservations

The Regional Meeting will be held at the Adam's Mark Hotel, Dallas, TX. (now Sheraton Dallas Hotel).
Call 1-800-325-3535 to make your reservations.

Reservations are made separately and are NOT included in the registration fees!

You must mention Society of St. Vincent de Paul when making your reservation to receive the discounted rate.

Deadline for making your reservation is Wednesday, April 30, 2008.

Refund Policy

While we understand that circumstances arise, registrations cannot be refunded due to the additional costs incurred to process these transactions.

Your registration fee will be treated as a donation to our organization should you not be able to attend the Regional meeting.
