Based on feedback after last year’s Leadership Workshop and the survey recently completed by our conference presidents, we have restructured our leadership workshop to be light on presentations. Instead, the focus will be on extensive discussions and best practice sharing between leaders on key areas of opportunity and challenge – recruitment, marketing, fundraising and home visits.
