On January 25, 1956, the Society of St. Vincent de Paul began at Holy Trinity parish in the Diocese of Dallas, ushering in a spirit of service, charity, compassion and hope that has impacted hundreds of thousands over the course of the past 70 years.
We closed out 2025 with another great month, highlighted by our StudyTime Polar Express event and a powerful Christmas ad to remind us why we do what we do as Vincentians.
In January 1956 the first conference of The Society of St. Vincent de Paul in the Diocese of Dallas began meeting at Holy Trinity Parish. Those trailblazers set the path for the Society to grow.
