The SVdP Conference at St Elizabeth Ann Seton Plano had a busy last few weeks.
They attended Mass together on September 30th, followed by a Vincentian recommissioning ceremony presided over by Father Bradley. They then joined together for a wonderful dinner gathering to reflect on the past year and celebrate the work of the Conference in serving their neighbors.
They also completed a secret ballot election for a new three-year term for their current President. All officers have been appointed, and they are delighted to announce their new Treasurer – Jane Hetherington, who recently joined their Conference.
They are inspired to move forward into a new SVdP Fiscal year and to continue their mission of charity.
The St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Conference of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul was founded by Catholics to live our faith through charity; to help those most in need; to love and serve the Lord by loving and serving our neighbors.
Through your generous contributions, we are able to provide support to families within our parish boundaries who are experiencing difficulties within our social structures. The funds are used to rescue families who find themselves in an unexpected crisis situation and provide temporary financial assistance, education, and support to help them become self-sufficient.

“My wife and I are beyond words with your kind gesture. We are truly grateful and appreciate everything you and the church have provided for our family. We pray to God he provides you and everyone involved blessings for years to come. It's truly a blessing to know that there is still good in this world and we see God working wonders in you. Again, thank you so much to you and the SEAS church family.” SVdP Neighbor
