Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) full-time patient advocate to join our Charitable Pharmacy! The Patient Advocacy Representative serves as the first point of contact for our patients.
Job Summary:
The Patient Advocacy Representative will work directly with our patients to help them enroll in our program. He or she works with the patient to complete the certification process according to established policies and procedures and ensures that data are accurately filed and/or entered in a computer database. This role is a hybrid role, working remotely and in the pharmacy onsite.
